Simple pricing for groups. Tailored pricing for organizations and partners.
TOPlisha is designed for different types of users, from grassroots groups and cooperatives to NGOs, finance partners, coaches, and local support actors. Pricing depends on the size of the group, the type of support needed, and the modules required.
TOPlisha is designed to remain affordable for grassroots groups, cooperatives, and community-based organizations.
Starting from €2–3 per member per year, plus a yearly group subscription.
This includes onboarding, digital profiles, group profile creation, project creation based on the mapping of individual and group profiles, follow-up, simple reporting, and access through WhatsApp, the web, and the PWA.
Depending on the needs of the group or organization, TOPlisha can also include additional modules such as mini-posters and social media promotion for digital visibility and product promotion, as well as online invoicing for pro-forma invoices, invoices, and receipts. These modules can be added separately or included as part of a tailored package.
For NGOs, development programs, and support organizations, pricing depends on the number of groups involved, the level of support required, and the dashboard and reporting needs.
This may include multi-group onboarding, project monitoring, follow-up dashboards, reporting support, and coordination across groups or territories.
Custom pricing available on request.
For financial institutions and impact partners, pricing depends on the number of groups, branches, or portfolios involved, as well as the level of visibility, follow-up, and dashboard access required.
This may include structured visibility on groups and activities, follow-up and performance monitoring, support for financial discussions, and dashboards for portfolio or field-level overview.
Custom pricing available on request.
TOPlisha can also be used by coaches, facilitators, and local support actors working with several groups. In this model, they use the TOPlisha toolbox to support onboarding, follow-up, and project development across the groups they accompany.
Depending on the setup, they may operate as local partners or distributors, with their own revenue model linked to the services and support they provide. Pricing for this model is defined according to the number of groups, the type of support, and the local implementation context.
TOPlisha can also be deployed through pilot phases or tailored implementation packages, depending on the country, the type of partner, and the objectives of the collaboration.
Whether you are a group, a cooperative, an NGO, a coach, or a finance partner, we can help define the most suitable setup for your context.
